The things you're actually worried about.

Every one of these has been said to us, or said about agencies like us. Here's our answer to each, in writing, before you ask.

"I don't want someone else in my DMs pretending to be me."

Fair — and it's the most common reason creators stay solo. Right now the two of us do the chatting ourselves. Native English, your boundaries document in front of us, notes on every regular fan. Never an AI, never a script we wrote without you. If that ever changes, you'll be told before it does, not after.

"What if you're worse than me at it?"

Then you leave, and you lose nothing. Thirty days' notice, no non-compete, every account and every file already in your name. We built the exit before the entry precisely so this question is cheap to answer.

"Why would I pay you a cut of what I already make?"

You don't. If you're already earning, we set a baseline from your last 90 days and you keep 100% of it. Our 35% only touches the growth above that line. If we don't grow it, we've worked for free.

"Are you going to make me post things I'm not comfortable with?"

You write the limits document. It says what gets posted, what gets sold, what gets refused in DMs, and what we never say on your behalf. We work inside it. You can rewrite it any week, and we don't get a vote.

"You're new. Why should I go first?"

Because being new is the whole reason the terms are this good. Three founding spots, keep your baseline, no non-compete, published contract. An agency with a waiting list has no reason to offer you any of that — and we'd rather buy a track record with terms than claim one we don't have.

"What do you actually need from me to start?"

Your handles and one way to reach you. That's the review. No ID, no bank details, no documents, no login. Anyone asking for those before you've signed anything is telling you something — and that includes us.

Terms

The contract, before you ask for it.

Almost nobody in this industry publishes their terms. That's the reason to read these ones. If an agency won't put theirs in writing before a call, that's the whole answer.

Term	What it means
You own your content	All of it, permanently, including everything made while you're with us. No transfer clause, no shared rights.
You own your accounts	Every account stays in your name. Payouts go to a bank account in your legal name. Money never routes through us — we invoice you.
We never ask for your password	We work through the platform's own manager permissions. You keep your login and two-factor, and can revoke our access in seconds.
Three months, then monthly	Thirty days' notice to leave, from either side, for any reason.
No non-compete	When you leave, you leave. Sign elsewhere or go solo the next day.
Boundaries you write	What gets said, sold and refused in your DMs is agreed in writing before we send a single message — and you can change it whenever.
Already earning? You keep your baseline	We set a baseline from your last 90 days and you keep 100% of it, every month. We're paid 35% of the growth above that line — so we only earn if you earn more than you already were.
Starting from zero?	A flat 35% to us, 65% to you, with no baseline to calculate. Whichever of the two applies to you is written into your agreement before you sign — we don't switch you between them.
Chargebacks come out of our side	Our percentage is calculated after refunds and chargebacks, not before. If a fan disputes $40, we don't keep a cut of money you never got to keep.
